According to Bloomberg Law, the Florida Third District Court of Appeal ruled that a user who claims to have had $80 million in Bitcoin stolen on the Binance platform can refile a state-level lawsuit. The court found that the lower court erred in its judgment regarding "the lack of jurisdiction over Binance." The plaintiff alleges that Binance failed to timely freeze the stolen assets.
