H100 Group plans to acquire Swiss Bitcoin treasury company Future Holdings AG

Swedish listed Bitcoin reserve company H100 Group has signed a letter of intent to acquire the Switzerland-based Bitcoin treasury company Future Holdings AG.

The proposed transaction marks H100's official expansion into the Swiss market and will further strengthen its Bitcoin treasury layout and capital market operations. Currently, H100 Group's Bitcoin reserve has exceeded 1,000 coins, and the company's stock price has increased by 20.41% over the past week, with a market capitalization currently reported at 22.25 million Swedish Krona, approximately 2.42 million USD.
