CZ's new book reveals: The first time I heard about Bitcoin was during a card game, and I was advised to allocate 10% of my assets to it
Binance founder Zhao Changpeng (CZ) recalled in his new book that in July 2013, he first heard about Bitcoin during a poker game with investors and entrepreneurs. At that time, Cao Darong, the general manager of Kuangshi China, casually mentioned, "There's a new thing called Bitcoin that you can take a look at," and then Li Qiyuan, the CEO of Bitcoin China, further suggested that he allocate 10% of his assets to Bitcoin, which was priced at $70 at the time.
CZ revealed that during his time selling trading systems, he gradually developed a liking for playing Texas Hold'em, golf, and going to KTV.
