According to Cointelegraph, Uzbekistan has officially launched its first tax-free cryptocurrency mining zone, Besqala Mining Valley, where miners can enjoy tax exemptions until 2035, while needing to pay a 1% revenue fee and double the electricity price. The relevant bill was signed in April.
