According to Bloomberg, German securities trading platform operator Boerse Stuttgart Group plans to merge its crypto business with Frankfurt-based digital asset trader Tradias.According to a statement released on Friday, the newly formed business unit will have approximately 300 employees and will be jointly operated by a management team from both Boerse Stuttgart and Tradias. Financial details have not been disclosed.
