ARK Invest: The Starlink business alone is enough to support SpaceX's nearly $2 trillion IPO valuation

According to CNBC, ARK Invest's Chief Futurist Brett Winton stated that SpaceX's upcoming IPO could become one of the most significant stock offerings in history, with its satellite internet business Starlink alone being sufficient to support a valuation of nearly $2 trillion.SpaceX has set the IPO price at $135 per share, planning to list on Nasdaq on June 12, with a pre-IPO valuation of approximately $1.77 trillion. The company plans to sell 555.6 million shares, raising about $75 billion, and underwriters may also purchase an additional 83.33 million shares at the IPO price, corresponding to about $11.2 billion. After the IPO is completed, Musk will hold over 82% of the voting control.Winton noted that SpaceX's growth prospects are not limited to launch services but are closely tied to the rapid expansion of AI. ARK estimates that by 2030, the combined enterprise value of companies developing and operating foundational AI models could reach $15 trillion to $20 trillion.Winton stated that investors typically focus on SpaceX's reusable rockets, but Starlink is the main driver of ARK's valuation logic. He mentioned that the current satellite constellation of Starlink can provide approximately 500 Tbps of bandwidth, generating annual revenue of about $13 billion. With the Starship rocket coming into operation, SpaceX can significantly reduce launch costs and deploy more satellites at a faster pace.

Binance's US stock business revealed: Nest Trading is actually an affiliate of Binance

According to the public register of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority, the introducing broker responsible for Binance's US stock trading services, Nest Trading Limited, is an affiliated entity of Binance, and its official website registration directly points to Binance. The company completed its registration in ADGM on January 5, 2026, just about 5 months after Binance launched its US stock trading services.Nest Trading holds an ADGM financial license, with business scope covering investment arrangements, investment agency and proprietary trading, asset management, currency services, and custody arrangements. However, according to regulatory requirements, the company is not allowed to hold or control client funds and assets; the execution, clearing, and custody of user assets are handled by the US brokerage Alpaca Securities, and its currency services are also limited to regulatory-approved stablecoins. It is noteworthy that Binance previously described Nest Trading as an "independent introducing broker," responsible for routing user orders to Alpaca Securities. Meanwhile, Binance's official website disclosed that it has established three "Nest" entities in Abu Dhabi: Nest Exchange Limited (trading system operation), Nest Clearing and Custody Limited (custody and central securities depository), and Nest Trading Limited (investment trading matching, asset management, and currency services), indicating that it is gradually building a complete on-chain securities infrastructure.

The Resolv Foundation announced an attack handling solution and launched a new business line, Vault Street, for RWA

According to official news, the Resolv Foundation has released a complete recovery framework following the protocol security incident. Previously, on March 22, 2026, the protocol was attacked due to a security vulnerability, resulting in the illegal minting of USR tokens entering the market. The protocol subsequently suspended operations and entered recovery mode. Resolv stated that USR was designed as a "premium layer" stable asset backed by collateral, while RLP served as an "insurance layer" to absorb losses. According to the recovery plan, USR/wstUSR held before the attack will be exchanged for USDC at a 1:1 ratio, while USR purchased after the attack will be processed at a 1:0.5 USDC ratio; RLP holders will recover approximately 60%+, with part of the compensation distributed in the form of RESOLV tokens. The official compensation application window is open for three months. At the same time, Resolv announced the launch of a new business line called "Vault Street," managed by the Resolv Foundation, focusing on the distribution and structured yield products of tokenized real-world assets (RWA). The first product, primeUSD, has entered the private testing phase, open to professional institutional investors, allowing users to participate in leveraged U.S. Treasury yield strategies through stablecoins. Resolv stated that this product combines structured financing experience from traditional finance with on-chain DeFi infrastructure, aiming to build an institutional-level RWA yield distribution platform. In addition, the functionality of the RESOLV token remains unchanged, with staking and unstaking functions restored, and reward distribution resumed on May 26. Resolv emphasized that it will continue to promote the expansion of Vault Street products, upgrade security architecture, and build on-chain infrastructure for institutional-level assets, stating that "the phase from protocol launch to security incident has ended, and Vault Street will open a new chapter for Resolv."
