The decentralized prediction market platform Polymarket has completed the upgrade of its Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) v2, and trading functions have gradually resumed. The platform stated that there was a brief downtime during this upgrade, with trading paused and the order book cleared, but user funds and positions are safe. After the new version went live, Polymarket launched a liquidity reward program totaling $1 million, with $500,000 distributed in the first two hours and the remaining $500,000 distributed during the rest of the day.

Polymarket announced that the upgraded CLOB v2 trading platform is now live, the API has started accepting orders, and the public website will soon be accessible again. A $1 million liquidity incentive has been launched: $500,000 will be allocated in the first 2 hours, and the remaining $500,000 will be allocated for the rest of the day.

Synthetix announced on the X platform that the Synthetix perpetual contract DEX is now officially live on the Ethereum mainnet. This private beta test version is only accessible to 500 whitelisted traders, with a deposit limit of 40,000 USDT per user. The withdrawal function will not be enabled at launch and will open within 7 days. The platform uses a hybrid CLOB model with on-chain asset custody and off-chain matching to bypass mainnet delays and high gas costs. The first batch supports BTC, ETH, and SOL perpetual contracts with up to 50x leverage, and plans to introduce multi-collateral margin, RWA support, and incentive programs. The platform is provided with market making and liquidity by SLP Vault, and Synthetix aims to become the first successful CLOB perp trading platform on the Ethereum mainnet. Additionally, the official announcement states that the incentive program will be launched in early Q1 2026.

ChainCatcher news, according to a post by the Jump Crypto research team, introduces a new trading mechanism called Dual Flow Batch Auction (DFBA), aimed at addressing the challenges of traditional Continuous Limit Order Books (CLOBs) on the blockchain. It is reported that CLOBs rely on continuous matching and time priority mechanisms, leading to delayed arbitrage, MEV (Miner Extractable Value) issues, and adverse trading liquidity, which increases market trading costs.DFBA conducts two independent auctions every 100 milliseconds, dividing orders into two groups: Makers and Takers, and completes transactions at a single fair clearing price. This mechanism eliminates time priority, avoids competition among liquidity providers, and shifts the competitive focus from speed to price and size.Compared to traditional designs, DFBA can provide tighter spreads, deeper liquidity, while protecting natural traders from the impacts of delayed arbitrage and MEV reordering. Jump Crypto believes that this design inherits the advantages of previous trading models, such as continuous liquidity and auction fairness, while avoiding drawbacks like high slippage and liquidity fragmentation, thus providing market participants with a fairer and more efficient trading environment.

ChainCatcher news, according to PeckShieldAlert, the Clober liquidity pool has been hacked, resulting in a loss of 133 ETH, worth approximately $500,000. Currently, the attacker has bridged the stolen funds from the Base network to the Ethereum network.

ChainCatcher news, the decentralized trading platform Clober launched ARB put options yesterday, allowing traders to purchase ARB put options with strike prices of $0.50, $1, $2, $4, $8, and $16. The platform's cumulative trading volume exceeded $50,000 within 24 hours of launch. It is reported that the expiration date for the put options is March 24, which is one day after the ARB airdrop event. This means that these options allow traders to bet on the price action of ARB on the first day of trading. (Source link)
