first_img The on-chain financial operating system Concrete will conduct its CT TGE on September 30

Concrete, the on-chain financial operating system, announced that its native governance and utility token CT will have its Token Generation Event (TGE) on September 30, 2026. CT is issued by Concrete Network, Ltd., with a fixed total supply of 1 billion tokens and no inflation mechanism. The products cover Earn, Vaults, Enterprise, and AssetCX, with official disclosures showing deposits exceeding $1.2 billion, a cumulative trading volume of over $23 billion, and more than 54,000 depositors. The development company is Blueprint Finance.Eligible holders who lock CT can participate in governance matters related to supported strategies, collateral classifications, fee frameworks, and module operation methods. Staking users may receive adjustments to protocol-side fees based on their interactions with supported modules and may qualify for rewards based on their level of participation and protocol rules; as the protocol expands, more defined protocol decisions will gradually transition to token governance. The distribution ratio of CT is 35% for the ecosystem, 15% for the foundation, 22% for the team, and 28% for investors. The ecosystem portion is used for community distribution, ecosystem participation, liquidity, and ecosystem growth, with contributors and investors subject to long-term vesting arrangements. The Cayman Islands foundation company Concrete Foundation is responsible for coordinating protocol governance and managing the CT treasury, while its British Virgin Islands subsidiary Concrete Network, Ltd. is the issuer. CT has deployed contracts on Ethereum and BNB Chain, with trading times, trading pairs, and qualifications determined by each platform.

first_img Aave Labs proposed to deploy V4 isolated Hub for accessing custodial collateral

On September 14, Aave Labs released an ARFC on the Aave governance forum, seeking approval to deploy a new Aave V4 Isolated Hub and Spoke to integrate institutional custody collateral as collateral for stablecoin loans. Institutional borrowers will deposit collateral with Anchorage and maintain custody during the loan period, with the custody balance represented on-chain by non-transferable custody collateral tokens CoCT, minted and burned by CustodySync designed by Chainlink.Borrowers will stake CoCT on the Spoke and withdraw stablecoins from the Isolated Hub. The entire loan lifecycle, including liquidation, is synchronized between the custodian and Aave through Chainlink infrastructure. The proposal is limited to a single Isolated Hub and a single Spoke governed by the Aave DAO, without altering existing Hubs, Spokes, or reserves. The underlying assets will always remain in custody, with Anchorage holding the assets as the custodian and acting as the counterparty for account control protocols; Chainlink does not hold the assets.CoCT is a restricted transfer ERC-20, only allowing Hub, Spoke, and CustodySync, with minting and burning exclusive to CustodySync, and each borrower's position corresponding to a contract. The initial plan is to launch a CoCT for BTC held in custody by Anchorage. The next steps involve ARFC discussions, and if supported, it will proceed to Snapshot, followed by submitting the final parameters for AIP.

first_img The Arbitrum Committee plans to permanently ban three grant abuse projects

The Watchdog Committee of the Arbitrum ecosystem (composed of Entropy Advisors and others) submitted a proposal to the governance forum on September 3, requesting a permanent ban on the projects Good Entry, Limitless, and APX Finance, as well as their founders, prohibiting their participation in all future ArbitrumDAO initiatives. The committee determined that these three projects engaged in grant abuse within the STIP and LTIPP incentive programs, involving a total amount of 457,553 ARB (approximately $76,000).Specifically, Good Entry received 200,000 ARB in the first round of STIP, of which 142,839 ARB flowed to 1,032 ineligible users, and there is evidence of self-farming by associated addresses, with the team refusing to cooperate with the investigation; Limitless exchanged all 75,000 ARB for USDC and cross-chain to Base, being classified as suspected theft; APX Finance was approved for 525,000 ARB, of which 239,714 ARB involved issues related to funds being held in the treasury, delayed distribution, and witch cluster problems. APX later merged with Astherus and rebranded as Aster, with approximately 70% of its assets located on the BNB Chain.According to the proposal, the three projects may defend themselves in the forum post before September 10. If the explanations are not accepted and the funds are not returned, the committee will initiate three separate Snapshot votes to decide whether to permanently ban the relevant projects and founders.
